Ravna d.o.o. is located in Ravna Gora, a region rich with forests where wood-processing has been present for centuries. The company was founded in 1994 and is 100% privately owned.
Our main activity is production of massive edge glued panels from beech, oak, maple, ash, chestnut and other types of wood.
Around 110 workers employed in the company use the available modern technology to produce panels and massive furniture.
We produce around 3,500 m3 of massive wooden edge glued panels of 18-65 mm in thickness per year, app. 80% of which are finger joint panels and around 20% are one ply laminated panels.
Up to 95% of production value, which amounts to app. € 4.5 million per year, is placed on the European market (Germany, Switzerland, UK, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Belgium).
In addition to main production activities, the factory produces final products including commissioned furniture, as well as table components, beds and other furniture elements. We also produce staircase components (treads, handrails, balusters etc.).
Since the company was built on carpentry tradition of the region of Ravna Gora, its corporate culture and business activities are based on the conscious concern for the wooden resources and nature in general. Committed to preserving the beauty and health of the environment where we operate, in Ravna d.o.o. we use environmentally friendly technologies. Wood for production originates from the forests managed according to environmental and economic standards and all our products fulfill the criteria to FSC® certificate which was granted to Ravna d.o.o.
